Muktinath Spiritual Yoga Retreat
Overview
A meditative pilgrimage to Muktinath, "the place of liberation," where daily yoga, pranayama, and meditation form the heart of every day. From the Bodhidham ashram near Pokhara, guests travel by private vehicle through the Kali Gandaki valley at a contemplative pace, sitting in meditation at ancient sacred sites, a riverside hot spring, and the Muktinath temple itself. Evening spiritual discussions on goddess traditions and Buddhist philosophy deepen the inner journey.
