Poon Hill Yoga Trek
Overview
A moving yoga and meditation retreat on one of the most accessible trails in the Annapurna region – a first Himalayan trek with no technical climbing, suitable for beginners. Each day begins with yoga before walking and closes with mantra chanting, Yoga Nidra, or guided meditation at a village teahouse, led by an instructor who accompanies the group. The practice unfolds through rhododendron and oak forests to a sunrise session on Poon Hill (3,210m) facing the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
